The Scentiment is a Homeware and Home Fragrance shop established in London by the 3 sisters who share a passion for making handmade pieces from sustainable materials. A customer persona is a busy career-driven woman who contributes to her wellness and prefers to buy classical brand products. The sisters asked me to do a Brand Strategy and Rebranding for their business. CHALLENGE 1. Current branding is not consistent and not recognizable by online users. 2. Online sales are lower than expected. 3. Differentiation in offline shop sales. SOLUTION 1. Infuse the Scentiment’s branding with the sisters’ personality. 2. Create a consistent and recognizable brand identity.
