A customer persona is a busy career-driven woman who contributes to her wellness and prefers to buy classical brand products. The sisters asked me to do a Brand Strategy and Rebranding for their business. CHALLENGE 1. Current branding is not consistent and not recognizable by online users. 2. Online sales are lower than expected.
