To manage the rebrand of a food product and introduce the new brand position to retail outlets including Ocados, Tesco and Co-Op. To coordinate spend towards marketing objectives that could take the product from 5,000 unit sales per annum to 50,00 unit sales per annum. I was also responsible for creation and edit of videos for youtube that could feature the products being cooked by the brand founders and utilising digital channels to boost sales on their new e-commerce website.
