    PVTVI was responsible for the co-creation of an online television program from branding through to web design and digital creatives. I was also responsible for producing a subscription campaign and presenting it to key clients.

    The TastesmithsTo manage the rebrand of a food product and introduce the new brand position to retail outlets including Ocados, Tesco and Co-Op. To coordinate spend towards marketing objectives that could take the product from 5,000 unit sales per annum to 50,00 unit sales per annum. I was also responsible for creation and edit of videos for youtube that could feature the products being cooked by the brand founders and utilising digital channels to boost sales on their new e-commerce website.

    I was hired to manage a budget of £2million and coordinate quarterly spend for the reintroduction of an exiting brand into the market with a new brand position into offline and major online outlets including Ocado’s, Sainsbury’s and Co-Op. It was a one man role that involved creating a team, hiring agencies and managing that team towards a tight press launch deadline. We successfully rebranded the product from ‘Hare’s Moor’ to ‘The Tastesmiths’. We redefined the packaging from opaque and quite dull to transparent Doy packs that allowed the consumer to see what they were purchasing and improved on shelf brand visibility. Working with Cow PR we communicated with mainstream press, incentivising key YouTube bloggers and organised a PR launch event. Our marketing spend was justified when we introduced the new brand position to Ocado’s and boosted profit margins from 5,000 units in sales to 50,000 per annum. I made huge savings on the budget by hiring effective skilled agents and freelancers which could then be divided into the bigger cost of upscaling from a small production kitchen to a larger one.
