Thriva is a preventative healthcare company that offers in-home blood tests to help people understand and take control of their health. As the Customer Experience Associate in 2018 I managed and copy edited the Thriva Help Centre. This involved liaising with the in-house doctors and software developers regarding medical advice and product updates, before writing clear articles to correctly advice customers. This also involved editing others' articles to ensure they were all on-brand and as clear as possible.
