TICKETMASTE, APP REDESIGN - MOBILE TICKETING SERVICE

Ticketmaster approached Nice Agency with a requirement to design and build a mobile solution that delivered a seamless ticket booking across experience to music and sports fans across 11 European territories.

The iOS application was designed to provide fans of gigs and sporting events to get quick and personalised access to early and discounted event tickets, offering an end to end experience from discovery, through to payment and fulfilment all on device.

The intuitive interface and progressive feature set, provided a significant user benefit, allowing customers to optimise their live event experiences, matching their Spotify and iTunes preferences to available inventory, scheduling alerts to download mobile tickets on the day of the event for scanning on entry. In addition from a business point of view, Ticketmaster were able to increase ticket sales via personalised marketing of events and promotion of distressed inventory.

The solution, integrated with Ticketmaster’s global booking system, was designed and delivered over a six-month programme. Launched in all markets in early July the project showcased Nice’s ability to design, build and test a complex live event booking solution across a number of international markets. The Android product is now underway.
