Tom Harris Estates tasked myself with developing a new brand identity in order to stand out in the property sector. They wanted their new brand to bring them into the twenty-first century, with a premium digital presence and an innovative bespoke edge. Lastly highlighting their passion for matching people with their next home, establishing trust and authority with potential customers.

Tom Harris Estate’s new brand identity is clean and crisp. The combination mark allows the logo to be dynamic depending on the size it’s used at. The TH mark used in the logo can be used as a visual element to enforce the brand even by itself. The colours give the customer a feel of loyalty, which leads them to trust and depend on these companies. Looking at some popular companies, think of Ford, Dell, JetBlue, and Facebook, they all use blue in some degree to represent themselves. I wanted to add a premium aesthic, by incoporating silver foiling to any branded print, such as business cards or letterheads.
