Tone of voice guide for IHG sustainability communications

I was called in by Landor to assist on a project developing the tone of voice for the ESG communications of one of the world's largest hotel groups. Working with the team to quickly understand the strategy, I produced a series of tone of voice examples for communicating a range of messages across multiple channels, including sustainability report, website, social media and in-hotel communications. Result: tone of voice guide quickly completed; Landor asked me back to help on other projects.
