Led a team of 3 in management and execution of a brand audit and refresh in service of building a revitalized, future-forward brand for Waterfront BIA. (website redesign and introduction of new site categories - waterfrontbia.com, communication and social media strategy, launch copy and assets including banners and membership collateral). Website audit included interviews with focus groups (property owners, retail and small business, WBIA board and stakeholders), citizen survey with 2k respondents, comparisons of 20 Popular Waterfronts and internal documentation and brand collateral review. The larger part of my personal contribution was project management, brand audit, communication and marketing strategy. I was also responsible for all client facing copy as well as website information architecture.
