Tracking the Intersectional Oppression of the black woman in the United States
My work tracks the adversity black women faced during slavery and the different ways they were marginalised in the Civil Rights and Woman's Liberation Movement. During this experience, I researched extensively and underwent the peer-reviewing process. I learned how to enhance my work: implementing the changes suggested by editors as well as meticulously checking the details of my writing in time for each deadline.
