Truly Tripe - the brand, communications campaign and packaging created for my final major project for university.
My brief was to re-launch tripe as a desirable product to address the need for more affordable foods, especially amongst rising prices for meat. I discovered that there was a distinct lack of knowledge about tripe, and the whole project centered around the concept of educating consumers and therefore changing their perceptions of tripe.
