Tutorfair UX Copywriting (2018)

Tutorfair is a tutoring marketplace that offers every sort of tuition across the UK. After speaking with over 100 customers, I understood the user problems on the tutor profile page and devised new layout and points of extra "how it works" information. For the tutor sign-up page, I similarly spoke to lots of tutors to understand what they felt Tutorfair did for them, and how we could make it clearer from their first point of contact with us. Success was measured with specific KPIs and a reflected higher user understanding of the product and what we offered, for both tutors and customers.
