To help fight stigmas around the disease, we’ve transformed the calligraphy of Sonia, a former teacher with Parkinson’s, into a typeface.
The font was downloaded over 13,800 times, spreading knowledge and generating a social movement that reached over 126 million people.
THE MAKING OF SONIA SCRIPT
Based on Sonia’s calligraphy, the font was hand-drawn by Mario Niveo and developed by Ivan Hods.
