UEFA Europa League Show - Loic Perrin

I directed, filmed second camera and edit produced this feature on Saint-Etienne captain Loic Perrin for the UEFA Europa League magazine show. Perrin grew up in the city and has been at the club his whole career. His style of play embodies the industrial, working-class reputation of Saint-Etienne and we wanted to convey some of those aspects in our GVs, as well as taking him back to some of the key locations of his youth. These shoots can be difficult sometimes as we only had Loic for a very short period of time - it would've been great to have had the opportunity to explore more of the city with him - but I'm really pleased with what we accomplished in that time. I also wanted to give the edit a very nostalgic feel with plenty of room to breathe but also show the intensity of the club's support in the later portions.
