Uncle Fox

A brief that was set for me during my degree was to rebrand and create vinyl artwork for an artist, Uncle Fox are a Brighton based band who I knew personally and knew wanted to try something different with their image. They wanted abstract based artwork that reflected the sound of music they produced perfectly which is where I decided to experiment with marbling inks and techniques to create a psychedelic, indie feel to the prints.
Using pink inks to match the colour of their vinyl was important to me for consistency and then paired red and orange contrasting colours for added depth. From there the album artwork was converted into further merchandise including stickers and T-shirts.
