Creating a cookbook allowed me to demonstrate my photography, styling, and design abilities as well as my ability to manage the entire design process from conception to print. - Qu-ear MagazineQu-ear magazine was created as a part of a brief we were given by Will Hudson, founder of Its Nice That. Hudson asked us to create a platform for something we cared about personally. - Typographic SoundVisualising Typography was a brief in which I had to create a piece of work based on a song. I chose Codex by Radiohead and created a small newsprint booklet that displayed how the song made mefeel and how the music moved through typography alone. A lot of the work I create is normally clean cut so this project was one I felt I could really lose control of working within guidelines and let go. - Uncle FoxA brief that was set for me during my degree was to rebrand and create vinyl artwork for an artist, Uncle Fox are a Brighton based band who I knew personally and knew wanted to try something different with their image. They wanted abstract based artwork that reflected the sound of music they produced perfectly which is where I decided to experiment with marbling inks and techniques to create a psychedelic, indie feel to the prints.
