United Utilities: water saving and reservoir safety social media campaign

Project: Campaign focused on increased positive messaging, brand building and engagement. 2018 saw the hottest summer since 1976, and a rising need to encourage the public to reduce their water-usage, save water whilst keeping the message positive and proactive. Community engagement was needed, alongside a focus on strategic messaging to instil the communication of reservoir safety in hot weather.
