Upcycling embroidery

Hand embroidery is one of my major curiosities which I am combining with the idea that instead of replacing perfectly fine - yet slightly boring - pieces of clothing they can easily be spruced up. So rather than always buying new clothes, I work with pieces from charity shops (like the grey jumper dress in the pictures) or pre-loved pieces in my wardrobe that just seem a bit dull. I also love working on tote bags with last year's major project being hand embroidered initials on tote bags for my bridesmaids - M and C as examples in pictures.
