Our challenge was to shake up the NYC residential real estate scene and create a lively, whimsical brand that celebrates living. We developed a proposition and creative idea which enabled each Urby to play to its location and the strengths of the environment that surrounds it, and is built around the central premise of “Live Livelier”. The first development on Staten Island followed the design theme of ‘Wildlife’, with the next development overlooking Manhattan picking up on the theme of ‘High Life’.
