JoomPay is a German fin-tech company who wanted support with their mobile-app front-end. In order to adapt it for an English audience and increase the user experience and customer engagement, we developed screens in Figma and Sketch that mapped flows for several unique user journeys. The challenge was utilising the limited character allocation to ensure the copy struck the right tone. We did this using over 400 screen combinations, with a ToV (tone of voice) that focussed on consistency, light-heartedness and readability.
