V&A Poetry Chapbook - These Windows
V&A Dundee created a project with Masters Creative Writing students and Illustration students from the University of Dundee to create a chapbook of work inspired by objects in their Scottish Design Galleries. The chapbook is called 'These Windows', inspired by the architecture of the V&A building.
Illustration for The Lonely Whale, a piece about a woman in a stagnant marriage who decides to dive down her plug hole to escape the monotony of her daily life.
Illustration for Dense Space, a short piece where a young girl finds a dusty paper weight on her grandmother's windowsill.
Illustration for Martin, a short story about a young boy called Martin who lived in a Gorbals tenement building in Glasgow.
