Valentines Day - Proposal

(2016) Sunday was Valentine’s Day and London was abuzz with happy couples and romantic gestures. One of the grandest of these took place in Shoreditch, where love was definitely in the air – and on the screen – for Mark Townsend and Liz Evans.
Mark and Liz, from Canada, were visiting London for the weekend and Mark used Clear Channel’s super premium digital brand, Storm, to display a message for Liz on our Shoreditch High Street screen, surprising her with a marriage proposal right in the heart of East London.
This was a really great use of the digital screen – a bespoke message, targeting one person at a specific time of year made for a unique experience for both Mark and Liz, and highlights the different ways digital Out of Home (DOOH) can be bought and utilised. From global brands to smaller, local businesses – and even individuals looking to create something magical for loved ones – the flexibility and dynamism of DOOH creates opportunities to be remembered.
