Veterinary Marketing Awards - Best Cross Channel Campaign Winner

Improve International engaged Bravedog: To raise brand awareness // To communicate evidence-based benefits to vets // To position them as the only provider of customisable PgCs // To generate enquiries and fill programme places // To differentiate them from other providers in the market // To Strategically deliver a multi-channel marketing campaign

Micro-Site & Data Capture

We designed and built a fully responsive micro-site that sat at the heart of the Small Animal PgC Campaign. All printed and email marketing assets focussed on leading the target audience to the site, with the main objective of encouraging users to register their details.
This was successfully achieved by offering users the incentive of exclusive, members only content.

Individually Personalised Course Prospectuses

It’s proven that personalisation improves customer engagement and retention. We developed a bespoke web2print solution that used data collected from micro-site visitors’ to compile individually personalised prospectuses. Containing only selected and relevant content, these were available for download or as a printed copy.
The newly designed prospectuses engaged vets with favourable insight into Improve International’s value proposition. Each one focused on validating their market-leading capability and endorsing why they should be chosen over other CPD providers.

Advertising and Email

Throughout the campaign we ran a series of adverts in popular veterinary media titles and sent regular and highly targeted responsive HTML emails to our targeted database of vets.
Why responsive? On average 53% of emails are opened on mobile devices, meaning we maximised our reach and conversion. Each email focussed on specific aspects of Improve International’s specialist offering, prompting readers to visit the mirco-site to access more detailed information, register their interest and order a custom-built prospectus.
