Vigil - Social Media Campaign

The deeper you go the darker it gets.... I loved leading the organic social campaign for Vigil across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Overall, the campaign drove 9.6 million video views (8.3 million of which were organic) and became the UK's biggest drama launch in three years!

We capitalised on the star power of the series by socially optimising the most gripping scenes from the series. This clip of DCI Silva boarding HMS Vigil drove 4.4 million organic views across our social platforms.

BESPOKE SOCIAL CONTENT WITH CAST

We were lucky enough to secure some time to film bespoke social content with Suranne Jones, and briefed the BBC's digital drama team to create two pieces for social.
REACTIVE CONTENT

We jumped on a trending TikTok filter to make this lighthearted sketch which sees a fish reacting to HMS Vigil....
We also prepared 'reactionary' content to go live straight after TX each Sunday night, capturing the mood of the nation and driving engagements on social by encouraging conversation in the comments on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube community....
