Virgin Trains // onboard catering rebrand

Creating a new brand for the on board catering service started under East Coast Main Line’s tenure with the foresight of an approaching buyout. The response had to be future-proof – suitable for an train operator running the east coast line to adopt. Across every consumer touchpoint.
After settling on the name ‘The Foodbar’, the on board area was addressed. The space on the trains itself is a tight and crowded space. Therefore the branding was kept clean and simple with a complimentary cream and charcoal colour scheme, which lends a visually calming effect on the space.
