Using a much more simple visual identity to encourage students to recycle their food waste is a move away from the predictable aesthetic we have come to expect, meaning it is more noticeable than previously. The typographic-led approach is much more impactful and visually strong to communicate the importance of recycling food in saving the planet and allowing Wales to meet its targets and recycle 70% of all its waste by 2025 and to become a zero waste nation by 2050.
