Campaign group ‘Hope Not Hate’ commissioned a short film in 2017 to feature ordinary people on the streets of Manchester, and highlight the positive multi-cultural message ‘We Stand Together’. For this project I took on the role of production assistant and runner, and approached members of the public to seek their participation. This involved a busy two day shoot during which I was assisting with setting up equipment, liaising with members of the public, interviewing contributors and scouting for locations.
