Designed through a user-centric approach a new app that provides holistic content/ services to user. I was involved in the whole design process but also as product owner facilitated to drive project to completion;
•Conducted survey, user interview and identify user needs and wishes;•Conducted market analysis to identify current market offer and gap; •Created consumers journey and identified pain points; •Designed screen flow and paper prototype and run usability test.
