Who do the lives of black people really matter to?

What a question right? There is no doubt that racism exists. However, some factors contribute. In a journal article called 'The Psychology of American Racism', written by Steven O. Roberts and Michael T. Rizzo, they state that there are seven factors that contribute to racism. These are Categories, Factions, Segregation, Hierarchy, Power, Media and Passivism. ... I ask this because, even within the black community, the local authorities that have been put there to protect their people, have abused their power and have inflicted pain - in some cases, have caused unnecessary trauma. As you continue reading, I explain further. With everything that has happened, it seems that the lives of black people, sadly, do not matter to anyone. There has not been a reason for them to feel safe, secure or even at peace; whether that being at work, out with friends or even in another country...
