Why Are There So Few Women of Colour In Design?

My first article for Creative Review interrogated why there are a significant lack of women of colour in the design industry, and what we can do to address this problem. Originating as my university dissertation, the full essay was designed as a zine within a protest poster kit, using a collaged visual language that took inspiration from the punk and riot grrrrl movements as well as the Black Panther newspapers.
