Wilderness Feasts & Banquets: Season 9

I was the project and event manager for the Feasts and Banquets at Wilderness Season 9. Involved from the contracting of the chefs and restaurants onwards, I made all of the arrangements for the infrastructure, signage and styling required for the restaurants on site advancing, and managing each one during the festival. Attended all tastings, collated all biographies and photographs, collaborated on the copy for the festival programme and design of the menus.
