'Windrush Scandal’ – Illustration for the Front Cover of Leftlion Magazine

Leftlion Magazine is a Nottingham based magazine, ‘who make a monthly magazine about all the cool stuff in Nottingham.’ I was asked to create an illustration for their June 2018 issue of Leftlion, I was given an open brief. I chose to base the theme of my work on the #WindrushScandal as protest piece and also to commemorate 70yrs since the Caribbean community immigrated to the UK as British citizens 1948-1971.
