Women making art - Brand identity

When Millie Jackson Rowe got in touch to chat about her amazing passion project, women making art, I knew it was a project after Lulacreate's own heart and one to really get creative with. And it soooo didn't disappoint. WMA works hard to cast a spotlight on both living women artists and those from art history whose contribution is regularly ignored by the art world. It's a curation of work that Millie experiences in art exhibitions across the world and also artworks and exhibitions submitted by other art lovers that are equally passionate about bringing women's art to the forefront of the art world. Millie's moodboard inspiration was pattern based, colourful and graphical so I worked on creating a graphic with the brand acronym that could be used both as an independent icon as well as alongside the brand name.
