Women's Equality Party

I am the Chief of Staff of the Women's Equality Party and responsible for operationalising the party's strategy and helping it grow from a political start-up to an unstoppable force for good. The party was created less than three years ago to push women's equality to the top of the political agenda through an unique combination of cross-party collaboration and disruption. The party is pushing the boundaries of democracy by opening its doors to members of other political parties, making its policies open source and randomly selecting members of its governing body. It's laser-like focus on a radical feminist programme for change is helping change the conversation.
The Women's Equality Party helped organise the Women's March in London on 21 January 2017 as part of an international day of action in solidarity.
