My final degree project focused on Jaywick which is one of the UK’s most deprived towns. The project named ‘Wonderland’, was in photobook form and portrayed the ways in which the town has developed over many years.
‘Wonderland’ required a significant amount of research therefore emphasising my diligence when completing tasks. I incorporated archival/modern day photographs and newspaper extracts within the photobook therefore portraying the notion of ‘re-photography’.
