I am a recent Photography graduate now looking to secure a role within the creative sector. Jobs such as 'studio assistant', 'production assistant' or 'photographer's assistant' are preferable.
I am currently working part time in an e-commerce photography studio as a studio assistant. This role requires me to complete a variety of tasks such as steaming clothes, prepping photoshoots, general admin tasks and client care. This role has allowed me to experience working within a fast paced environment where I have to complete tasks quickly and to a high standard therefore demonstrating my proactivity and enthusiasm.
Projects
- WonderlandMy final degree project focused on Jaywick which is one of the UK’s most deprived towns. The project named ‘Wonderland’, was in photobook form and portrayed the ways in which the town has developed over many years. ‘Wonderland’ required a significant amount of research therefore emphasising my diligence when completing tasks. I incorporated archival/modern day photographs and newspaper extracts within the photobook therefore portraying the notion of ‘re-photography’.
