We are collaborating with UCL a part two series of Self Care Journaling Workshops. ⠀ ⠀ Journaling is an excellent way to have an intimate conversation with yourself. It’s an opportunity for you to tune out the external noise and connect internally. In honour of collaborating with UCL, this session will be focused on addressing our fear of failure and maintaining a work life balance.⠀ ⠀ Our aim is to equip you with the tools, knowledge and inspiration to make you feel grounded in the midst of university life and your daily stresses.
