The president of L’Oréal Luxe USA does not want to see an end to the double-digit growth the luxury beauty market has been experiencing. The company’s global chief marketing officer emphasized that for marketers it’s no longer about a point of difference, “it’s about a point of view.” For companies that want to win in today’s competitive and volatile world, being number one is no longer enough.
