I listen and understand people and i enjoy making new friends and communicating with people in all walks of life, developing into a stronger relationships. I am focused and a creative person, easy to get along with. Having worked in a variety of positions I have adapted and learnt a lot over time, and I believe I can still learn a lot more in whatever comes my way. In April of 2018, Laborie Medical Technologies acquired Genesis Medical from Cogentix Medical, and it became ‘Genesis Medical, a Company by Laborie Medical Technologies’. Role title changed during this time to “UK Administrator and Design” and was tasked with collaborating with designers in America on new brand designs and promotional activities. Other duties remained as below: Customer Service, PA & Office Administration (2005- 2018) Maximise productivity and office efficiency by providing administrative support to NHS hospitals, private hospitals, pharmacies, and individual clients, illustrating impeccable time management skills. Able to work in a busy environment, maintaining several projects at one time while dealing with other ad-hoc activities ensuring projects are within budget and finished on time. Provide first-class daily customer services and robust communication capabilities as the primary liaison between existing/new clients, NHS Hospitals, Pharmacies & stakeholders, ensuring all queries, concerns, and complaints are appropriately addressed in order to secure customer satisfaction. Negotiated the dates and venues of the events ensuring that they did not clash with similar events throughout the year, keeping an annual event calendar and a monthly event calendar, helps to organise staff, equipment and merchandise availability whilst informing staff should they be attending the event to ensure the event will achieve a professional outcome. Providing product information, presentation and training to sales staff on product, events and services we supply. Delivering excellent customer services daily dealing with litigation, mitigation issues or escalations to ensure a good experience Created and maintained an efficient filing and database system to allow productive reporting and analysing upon all account. Events Organiser (2006 - 2018) Started out managing one company event per year but have now increased to more than 6 conferences per year. Organise external conferences (NHS & Private Hospital Conferences) and national medical educational events, including BAUS, BAUN, RCOG, and ICS across national and international platforms. Execute thorough research into travel arrangements, accommodation and venue options, and local information for delegates, ensuring seamless and cost-effective event management. Promoted and advertised using all types of media, email, social medical, magazine with custom designed eye-catching adverts created to lure customers in and to promote the events to the correct audience. Utilise SendinBlue and magazine publications to promote company courses, seminars and workshops, generating a greater base of delegates who then become company advocates, in turn promoting courses via word of mouth. Collaborate closely with different venues, arranging and confirming facilities, mobility and dietary requirements, and securing business retention and concessions through forging strong, professional relationships with venue management, often these venues were on hospital grounds, providing the faculty easy accessibility should they be on call for the day. We researched and kept up-to-date with industry knowledge and markets, to improve advertising techniques and understand the competitor to ensure our event were what the audience wanted and it could be flexible if required depending upon the attendees requirements. Head of Design (2006 - 2018) Boosted the audience and business potential of the company through creating innovative and engaging promotional materials and marketing strategies, enhancing and promoting the corporate brand and reputation. Promotional materials included advertisements in medical publications, banners, brochures, leaflets, product literature, and digital marketing using Google AdWords. Create over 20 original designs per year using a range of technical and design applications, as well as producing 4 to 5 attention-grabbing and factually-researched adverts per month Identify researching trends in marketing and advertising looking at competitors and finding and improving own skills. Continually increase company exposure through developing innovative and strategic new adverts, banners, courses, and product leaflets, providing a constant stream of information for new and existing clients. Effectively manage 4-6 large-scale projects every year, overseeing all components to ensure timely and professional delivery. Regularly balance simultaneous tasks, employing prioritisation and multi-tasking skills to organise timelines and budgets whilst remaining calm under pressure. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company website, updating information to ensure accurate and relevant details are always available, as well as making sure the website is attractive, memorable, and easy to navigate. Designated company photographer, videographer, and editor, filming instructional videos using Video Pad, and using Photoshop to manipulate and process product and company photos prior to publishing.
