I am an experienced cultural strategist, music consultant and copywriter, covering online content, social media , radio, festivals and record labels. As founder of Stamp The Wax, I have grown the music platform to become one of the key UK influencers in underground music with over 70,000 unique monthly users and an annual turnover of £25,000. As an original member of Gilles Petersons’s Worldwide FM I have played a key role in the development of an award-winning online radio station. I have brought value to a number of organisations through effective marketing and communication strategies, aided by my productive relationships with brands, PR companies, booking agents, labels, DJs and musicians. My extensive experience driving cultural trends provides me with a unique insight into the behaviour of early adopting millenials. I am confident challenging the status quo and bringing new arguments into play to promote change, while being an excellent project manager who can effectively bring people and ideas together to develop practical solutions to complex issues. I have used my experience and knowledge to provide consultancy to companies as a music supervisor for their events, marketing and communications.

As Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief, my role is to lead the creative, strategic, promotional and financial development of the site. I am also a resident DJ playing at clubs and festivals around Europe and an Executive Producer for our films. Since it's inception in 2011, I have developed the platform to become a key UK influencer online in underground music, with over 30 writers and editors, 70,000 unique users a month and an annual turnover of over £25,000.
Label Co-founderWaella's Choice
Waella’s Choice is a record label I started with Andy Lemay at Dimensions Festival and Will Edge at Believe Digital. My role as Joint Label Head includes A&Ring new releases, distribution and sales, press, marketing and events. These responsibilities mean that I: • Develop relationships with record stores to stock our releases. • Manage the marketing strategy for releases, including writing press releases and sourcing press coverage.

Clients and projects include: • The European Nature Trust, for the UK premiere of Cantábrico at BAFTA, which raised over £70,000 (November 2017). • Produced and programmed an event for Red Bull Music Academy at the Bristol Planetarium with Lonnie Liston Smith playing live to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of his seminal Expansions, with Gilles Peterson interviewing. I came up with the concept, secured £25,000 from RBMA and managed the event from inception to completion. • Editor of the Gottwood Festival annual programme (2016 and 2017). • Programmed a launch event for London Mezcal Week (September 2017). • Booked the music for housing consultancy Campbell Tickell for their 10th Birthday (January 2015)
