Organising and managing events. From community classes to ad hoc functions on the weekend. I manage the running of the day and make sure the hirer is well looked after and needs are met. I also engage with members of the public daily with any general enquiries whether it be event or council related. Using our booking system ‘artifax’ I make sure all hirer details are kept up to date along with bookings that need to be invoice along with making and uploading room maps on Visio and then put on our system.
