Leading operations for MyMethod, a yoga and wellness company, overseeing an app integration, general company operations and coordinating/ creating a production pipeline for video and photo production for new online and app content. I am monitoring weekly cashflow and managing freelance staff. I attend strategy planning meetings and plan marketing strategy.
I am working as a co-producer and audience development producer on two pieces of theatre to be exhibited in London in summer 2020. One piece has a community focus on aural histories and the other includes elements of dance, film and live theatre.
I am the founder and producer at Excess All Areas, a project by Abbey&Abi events. I am curating, programming and producing events about Sex Education, Womxn, Reproductive Rights and all round feminist things across London over the next year working with leading activists, speakers, authors and academics.
I work as a freelance Cultural Connector for Neon Dance. Working recently on their touring piece, Puzzle Creature, I reached out to groups in my local community to promote the piece and offer free tickets to those who may not be able to afford the performance. The aim was to connect people with the arts who may not usually attend such events.

I provided consultancy for business processes and staffing to drive continual improvement, as well as researching funding opportunities and additional revenue streams. I managed our social media and outreach programmes including internships and work experience as well as writing and editing our internal and external newsletters. I designed and then managed our eleven edit suites in our bespoke post-production facility and oversaw edit assistants to feedback on kit and scheduling issues. I set up partnerships with Speakers4Schools to facilitate workshops and training opportunities and continued to manage all operations across all productions. I also oversaw all contracts and worked with media lawyers on GDPR and policy. From a commercial perspective, I have been at the centre of operations for a business strategy project, recently merging three production companies in a group to form one large organisation. This has involved partnership with PR companies, regular meetings with commercial lawyers and evaluating contracts.
Working as a Project Manager for multiple operational projects including GDPR policy, design and construction of new in-house edit suites and process improvement. I oversaw all general operations to support 16 productions across three companies and four office locations, managing the company overhead budget to best facilitate the productions' needs.
