I designed and then managed our eleven edit suites in our bespoke post-production facility and oversaw edit assistants to feedback on kit and scheduling issues. I set up partnerships with Speakers4Schools to facilitate workshops and training opportunities and continued to manage all operations across all productions. I also oversaw all contracts and worked with media lawyers on GDPR and policy. From a commercial perspective, I have been at the centre of operations for a business strategy project, recently merging three production companies in a group to form one large organisation. This has involved partnership with PR companies, regular meetings with commercial lawyers and evaluating contracts.
