    I currently work with the Marketing Manager in the overall marketing for Underbelly's London events including Underbelly Festival Southbank, Christmas in Leicester Square, La Clique: Live In Leicester Square, Rekorderlig Cider Lodge, Austentatious – An Improvised Jane Austen Novel (Fortune Theatre, London). Role includes: 1. Working with Marketing Manager on creation of marketing plans for co-produced shows and destination campaigns including: 2. Overseeing content collation, design, proofing and print of flyers, season brochures and signage. 3. Communication with incoming producers and promoters offering marketing advice, setting up offers, working with ticket agents and Facebook advertising on their behalf. 4. Writing copy for print materials and marketing e-mails. 5. Creating marketing e-mails, writing copy and making digital assets on Photoshop and Indesign 6. Creating, planning, implementing and managing the budget and campaign for Austentatious – An Improvised Jane Austen Novel for West End seasons from February 2019. Campaign includes print production, print distribution, outdoor campaign, e-marketing, digital advertising, social media content creation, print advertisement and working with a PR company. 7. Experience working with external media agencies on social media and paid search advertising, writing copy for adverts, creating content, tailoring messaging to target audiences, and gathering learnings, making suggestions and testing to gain optimum ROI. 8. Briefing external graphic designers for print, outdoor advertising and digital assets in compliance with brand guidelines and managing amends, proofing and sign off processes. 9. Briefing in digital video and photography content for social media (paid and organic) use with external and internal creators and offering amends and gaining sign off. 10. Managing organic social media channels, writing copy, creating digital images and scheduling. 11. Working with event organisers and production teams to co-ordinate signage and marketing needs for pop up events.

    I was originally brought in to assist the Director of Marketing and Communications on the implementation of a new membership scheme and general marketing assistance. I soon began to look after the day to day running of all show marketing campaigns and liaison with external producers for ticketed events. Roles included: 1. Liaising with all incoming acts and agreeing marketing activity and spend. 2. Booking marketing campaign activity including radio, direct mail, print distribution, digital advertising, direct mail and outdoor with external agencies and companies. 3. Signing off marketing material for each output in line with brand guidelines. 4. Creating a campaign schedule spreadsheet and managing the overall campaign schedule and all marketing outputs. 5. Writing copy for direct mail, marketing e-mails and print, tailored to target audiences. 6. Segmenting booking and audience data for marketing purposes distribution, tailoring marketing campaign activity to different segments (eg activity to first time bookers, loyal bookers) 7. Briefing in and signing off artwork with in house publications team for all marketing outputs (print, online and outdoor). 8. Using Audience Finder data to identify key audiences and audience types to engage with more. 9. Running weekly monitoring meetings with the theatre director and producer for the annual pantomime and reporting on audience development targets, sales targets and upcoming marketing activity. 10. Coordinating the creation, proofing, printing and distribution of the season brochure. 11. Created and implemented a theatre membership scheme and beginning the day to day running. including answering membership queries, writing monthly membership communication newsletters and setting up offers with external companies and internal stakeholders to add member benefits including ticket discounts, priority booking and priority brochure mail out, ensuring that relevant departments were carrying out these benefits. 12. Created and implemented membership marketing campaign including: writing copy for inclusion in season brochure, up-selling in marketing e-mails, e-communications with loyal bookers and print creation / digital screen creation. 13. Managing the print store and the external theatre owned outdoor sites. 14. Running press nights when appropriate as well as promotional stalls and attending press calls. 15. Working with the Creative Learning Manager to contact and reach out to new groups for group bookings / relationship building.
