Tasked with building a new version of a subsidiaries' website, it was built with Wordpress with features that included a job portal which saved thousands of pounds in hiring costs. Lacking a design process I introduced tools and techniques to the team which led to a rapid increase in productivity. Managed development projects which resulted in most tasks being completed before given deadlines.
