Main responsibility is to respond to all letters addressed to ‘bear’, letters are mostly sent from children aged 3 – 12yrs and consist of questions about where I [bear] lives and how do I [ bear] make the yo yo’s [ the healthy fruit snack marketed at children]. Upon reply, the child also receives the most recent free promotion. Other duties include sending out promotional send outs on the behalf of Urban Fruit to buyers, social influencers and collaborators. It should be noted that as a result of maximum output, the company now only employs myself rather than at least two temporary workers.

Being responsible for all administration tasks for students that were apart of CASS (art school); processing student forms, answering telephones, answering emails and general data input within the Aldgate Hub. I was regularly on the front line of the hub, assisting students face to face with queries this also required an exceptional level of communication to be able to communicate with staff on all levels. The role also required to be able to quickly problem solve during busy enrolment periods, as well as to actively work as part of a team to ensure all tasks were completed to strict deadlines, an example of this would be during the summer months when large amounts of coursework were handed in and needed to be logged on SiTS.
