Similar to my position at SOUP. Agency, my role as Project Manager involves the management and organisation of a client's marketing activities via regular email communication, calls and meetings. This included frequent data analysis to advise decision making and optimisation of accounts and campaigns, as well as encouraging strong communication between the internal team to reach deliverables. My time at Ignition Search has significantly built out my understanding of both PPC and SEO services, which I look forward to taking on to my next place of work. I was particularly proud of my ability to identify opportunities for development within a client's management package, which often lead to increases in their fee and/or upsells.

During my Consumer Behaviour and Marketing course I studied both the business and psychology aspects of Marketing. It gave me a full understanding of how businesses deploy varying marketing strategies across a number of sectors, as well as how the human mind works and how we as marketers can use psychology to enhance these marketing strategies. Whilst studying I wrote a dissertation on the role of social media Influencers on Instagram in the lingerie market, with a specific focus on the effect of Influencer Marketing on consumer body image. I conducted primary researching during this time, which gave me excellent insight into how the marketing strategies of different lingerie companies impact a consumers own body image satisfaction.
