Having recently graduated from UCA Epsom with a first-class honours in Fashion, I am now seeking a role that is relevant to my degree and to further my skills in this area.
My design concepts often stem from an exploration into different cultures and global issues within modern day society enabling the ability to question attitudes as well as using my platform to make myself and others globally aware. Re working traditional shapes and silhouettes in new and unconventional ways would be my unique design aesthetic. Sustainability Is an area all new and existing designers should be taking into consideration therefore, up-cycling and reinventing plays a big part in my creative process.

- S E Q U O R - Umbrella MovementThis collection explores the Hong Kong protests whilst looking at Chinese Protest artist Ai Weiwei. By incorporating the traditional suit in new and experimental ways as well as using the umbrella silhouettes used in the protest as protective wear, I’ve been able to question attitudes in modern day society as well as building awareness of a global topic. Working independently alongside head designer working on the SS20 Collection. Using the stand to experiment with Bra designs, playing with fabric types and silhouettes whilst becoming familiar with editing patterns and creating my own patterns relative to my design ideas.
Sewing and editing toiles to a high standard to liaise with the Chinese production team and the manufactures.
Creating research mood boards, on latest trends and fitting the concept brief to prepare the other interns with design inspiration.

My BA honours has allowed experimentation and exploration of creative process gaining knowledge and a great understanding of my creative identity. An area of strength I developed during my degree was transforming my 2D design ideas into its 3D form. This would always allow me to push my design ideas enabling my final outcome to exceed expectation.
Time management and organisation was a strength for me throughout my degree. I consistently managed part-time work along side my studies. This made me a reliable candidate within my work place and on my course.
