As a Junior Designer I work predominately on client projects for well known international brands. This can vary from Powerpoint template designs, to research booklets, to concept packaging design and advertising material. I am able to manage working on several projects at once as I take great pride in my organisational skills and ability to prioritise my workload. Butterfly relies heavily on workshops with the clients to really understand what is to be achieved which they provide a lot of materials for, all of which are designed accordingly to the projects look and feel. I have had the opportunity to be involved in several of these workshops, working directly with the client to establish exactly what it is they're hoping to succeed. The workshops have helped me develop my communication skills and also build my confidence in idea generation. Butterfly has allowed me to work on a variety of projects and expand my creativity and skill set.

As the studio designer I worked on all internal communications from case studies to presentations that were sent to clients, or shown alongside talks at international events. A lot of the work meant working to brand guidelines but for one of pieces I was encouraged to get creative and experiment This was an excellent role for me to find my feet and establish myself as a designer.
