• Personal Assistant to three Directors and one partner of the company.
• Extensive diary management, arranging meetings, invoices and expenses, personal and corporate errands, travel bookings and administration for the London office.
•Being a PA within the company also means keeping the front of house tidy, ordering stationary, facilities for the office and diary management of the meeting rooms.
• I responded to all post, emails and phone calls in a timely, succinct manner that was necessary due to the large number of people working in each department.

• Orchestrating press events and store openings globally, my role involves a huge amount of organisational responsibility. I am in frequent communication with agencies internationally, ensuring budgets are met and a high quality of work is maintained to tight timescales.
• Working with a huge portfolio of magazines and newspapers including Vogue, The Times and The Guardian, I also assist in collaboration projects with artists, architects and musicians which form part of the brand identity.
• I organise the logistics and distribution of seasonal collections to agencies, prioritising each time on garments that I feel would do well in each market to maximize media coverage for the brand, this increases footfall in our stores.
• I created and manage our exclusive press website which offers members of the press opportunities to seek out high?resolution photography shots of all garments. This is updated weekly and allows the brand to be as accessible to the press as possible. It is particularly pertinent as there is no budget for advertising.
