- Measure For MeasureMeasure For Measure was a speculative design piece that was in collaboration with The National Theatre and Birkbeck University of London. The project was designed to be an exploration of the collaborative process between director and designer. As a pair we chose to stage Measure For Measure in The Temporary Space due to key theme of the play being refined and claustrophobic. The Temporary space is a much more intimate space and felt that the connection to the audience would be much stronger. This project tested me in multiple ways as a designer, learning how to work together constructively, understanding to not be too precious of a design and not to be scared of knowing when to back track and choose a new direction to take the piece.
- Twelfth NightTwelfth Night was a speculative design piece that was in collaboration with The National Theatre and Birkbeck University of London. As a pair we chose to stage Twelfth Night in The Dorfman Theatre due to the versatility of the space. This project tested me in multiple ways as a designer, learning how to work together constructively, understanding to not be too precious of a design and not to be scared of knowing when to back track and choose a new direction to take the piece.
